You will tell our stories through local voices, while zooming out to explain how the work is representative of our broader impact across gender justice, economic justice and climate justice.

Provide leadership and strategic vision for Oxfam Australia’s contribution to Oxfam’s humanitarian work globally in the context of our one program approach.

Lead and shape the development of a best-in-class social media function to support our organisations public engagement, fundraising and communication strategies.

Utilise agile project management methodology and support the team to deliver work on time, within budget, on brief and on brand.

Responsible for ensuring Oxfam Australia’s Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP) and Australian Humanitarian Partnership (AHP) Disaster Ready are supported to exemplify quality programming.

Support Oxfam Australia’s contract operations and advise on the negotiation of contracts involving suppliers, collaborations, delivery of international projects, fundraising or use of new technology platforms.

Responsible for the delivery of, in conjunction with internal stakeholders and outsourced suppliers, the annual Trailwalker campaign, ensuring that events are delivered with ‘supporter first’ principles, achieve revenue and operational goals, and positively and accurately reflect the work of Oxfam Australia.
