support Oxfam staff and partners to reflect, learn and modify project implementation and models as the project progresses, and capture change and impact.

Oxfam is seeking to appoint consultants (firms or individuals), otherwise known as service providers to Provide Monitoring services including the creation of frameworks, plans and baselines tools for Oxfam-funded projects in Vanuatu, Fiji and Papua New Guinea. Provide strategic and high-quality leadership to the Oxfam Timor-Leste country program and support the teams in developing and implementing quality programming and strategic influencing.

Support the Country Director by providing strategic and high-quality leadership to the Oxfam Timor-Leste country program and supporting the teams in developing and implementing quality programming and strategic influencing. Ensure that program management systems and processes support and promote partnership and high-quality program delivery.

Support the Country Director, Program Quality and Partnership and Program team to deliver high quality programs, in line with the country strategy. A key focus on this role is secure the resources needed to achieve high impact programs, and to maintain a healthy pipeline of upcoming opportunities.
