This position has responsibility for establishing the programme Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system, including designing and setting up the RPV Monitoring Evaluation & Learning (MEAL)/ MEAL Evaluation Accountability (MEA) system, conduct training of country Resource Persons in M&E system, monitoring the quality of data collection, supporting programme reporting and dissemination of research and key findings.

The Capacity Building Advisor (CBA) will have primary responsibility for the successful delivery a capacity development package tailored for institutional strengthening of CSOs.
