Oxfam is seeking to appoint consultants (firms or individuals), otherwise known as service providers to Provide Monitoring services including the creation of frameworks, plans and baselines tools for Oxfam-funded projects in Vanuatu, Fiji and Papua New Guinea. The overarching objective of this case study is to enhance Oxfam’s capacity to support the development of inclusive technology through its role as catalyst/convenor/broker and co-ordinator of multi-stakeholder collaboration.
The initial UnBlocked Cash Pilot Research Report, implemented between 2018-19 in Vanuatu, recommended more comprehensive baseline studies and post-distribution monitoring and deeper analysis of the benefits and restrictions of usage of crypto assets such as the DAI stable coin.

This role will provide strategic leadership and management of Oxfam in the Pacific, Fiji and Polynesia Micronesia Country offices and program in countries including all development and advocacy to maximise our influence and impact.
This role will support current programs in Governance, Leadership & Accountability (GLA) Resilience, WASH, Livelihoods, Gender & Protection and will co-design processes of new programs within Fiji and Poly / Micro country offices.
The Country Director Oceans and Polynesia Micronesia (OPM) will be responsible, with support from change groups and the Regional Director, to implement the Oxfam 2020 Vision in the cluster area.
