Director of Safeguarding

Oxfam International is looking for Director of Safeguarding to provide expertise, strategic leadership, and direction for the continuous development of confederation-wide safeguarding strategy, policy and culture based on Oxfam’s mission and core values, and has overall responsibility for the implementation of Oxfam’s safeguarding strategy, achieving set goals and leading coordination, consistency and oversight of Oxfam-wide safeguarding efforts.

Director of Business Development and Programs

The Director of Business Development and Programs is responsible for leading, managing and developing Oxfam’s programs in Timor-Leste, including securing funds to ensure the delivery of quality and integrated programming in line with agency standards, frameworks and procedures.

Regional Human Resources and Capacity Development Manager

The Regional HR and Capacity Development Manager will provide human resource and organisational development leadership and management services to the Pacific region. You will take a proactive and solution-based approach for resolving issues and ensuring that staff are effectively resourced, managed and developed to deliver the organisational strategy.
You will provide HR leadership, advice, counsel and solutions in analysing people issues and challenges across the region. You will coordinate all the HR plans and develop a common HR framework for the region. Additionally, provide support to managers in the development and coaching of staff to optimise their potential in pursuit of Oxfam’s objectives.

Regional Program Quality Coordinator

The Regional Program Quality Coordinator will be responsible for supporting regional and country teams to develop and implement programs in line with Oxfam’s program quality and monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks.

Change Manager – PNG

The primary responsibility will be implementing the required change management strategies in a way that is timely, in line with global requirements (taking into account country specific contextual issues) and in a way that maximised team engagement and adoption and minimised resistance.
