We are looking for a passionate and dynamic leader with very solid experience in leading and motivating the operations function of Oxfam in Sri Lanka program.
The Director of Business Development and Programs is responsible for leading, managing and developing Oxfam’s programs in Timor-Leste, including securing funds to ensure the delivery of quality and integrated programming in line with agency standards, frameworks and procedures.
The Regional HR and Capacity Development Manager will provide human resource and organisational development leadership and management services to the Pacific region. You will take a proactive and solution-based approach for resolving issues and ensuring that staff are effectively resourced, managed and developed to deliver the organisational strategy.
You will provide HR leadership, advice, counsel and solutions in analysing people issues and challenges across the region. You will coordinate all the HR plans and develop a common HR framework for the region. Additionally, provide support to managers in the development and coaching of staff to optimise their potential in pursuit of Oxfam’s objectives.
The Regional Program Quality Coordinator will be responsible for supporting regional and country teams to develop and implement programs in line with Oxfam’s program quality and monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks.
The primary responsibility will be implementing the required change management strategies in a way that is timely, in line with global requirements (taking into account country specific contextual issues) and in a way that maximised team engagement and adoption and minimised resistance.
The Regional Program Quality Coordinator will be responsible for supporting regional and country teams to develop and implement programs in line with Oxfam’s program quality framework.
The Country Director provides strategic leadership of the country program, ensuring high quality and impact in working with communities and partners.
The Regional Finance Manager will provide financial and risk management services to the Pacific region, based in Fiji.
The Regional Humanitarian Coordinator will provide technical advice, support, capacity development and leadership in the Pacific region
