The Direct Marketing Manager leads a team of Marketing Coordinators to deliver Oxfam Australia’s (OAU) portfolio of mass fundraising initiatives spanning multiple audience segments, products, campaigns and channels that inspire initial and ongoing support of our work.

Support best practice risk management processes by promoting and championing actions that enhance risk maturity across the organisation.

Work with the Straight Talk working group to evaluate all dimensions of the Straight Talk program and the mechanisms around the program such as the organisational structure and OAU Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander advisory committee.

Provide whole-of-organisation technical, strategic and people leadership in the areas of software and web development, systems integration and solutions architecture.
