Responsible for designing and executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Oxfam’s digital channels to acquire, convert and retain supporters at scale and maximise their lifetime value.

Set the organisation’s digital engagement strategic direction and lead a team of experts, both internally and externally, to develop, manage and execute Oxfam Australia’s digital marketing strategies across all products and activities.

Provide high level advice and support to staff both within OAU and other Oxfam Affiliates on content collection, research and commissions.
Responsible for developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies to promote Oxfam’s work through paid, owned and shared channels.
Oxfam considers there to be an under-explored relationship between anticipatory action and finance and the humanitarian aspects of emerging climate loss and damages initiatives. Specifically, Oxfam Australia is increasing its advocacy with the Australian Government to both increase its investments in climate loss and damage initiatives as well as increasing its use of anticipatory finance and action.
Provide research services, support with team administration, prepare pieces of communication for varied audiences and participate in the development and review of team projects.
Responsible for the targeting and selection of supporters for all engagement activities across the organisation.
Responsible for designing innovative new interfaces, multimedia products and digital experiences that tell the Oxfam story, connecting supporters with the communities we work with and demonstrate Oxfam’s impact through digital channels.
The purpose of this Discussion Paper is to, for the first time, map the disparate crisis financing systems and processes, and in doing so, demonstrate that there still remains significant gaps in providing the finance required to support people affected by crises.
